First, you need to kill 50 PMCs on the Streets of Tarkov, then mark the truck in the damaged convoy using
MS2000 Marker
and send a signal using
RSP-30 reactive signal cartridge (Yellow)
or
Signal flare (Yellow)
with
ZiD SP-81 26x75 signal pistol
to complete the quest.
