Teen Mom Jenelle Evans' son Jace has been reunited with his father Andrew Lewis for the first time in 13 years.
The 14-year-old met with his dad, 38, for the first time since he was a baby onMTV's 16 And Pregnant, according to the U.S. Sun.
The reunion comes after CPS took custody of the teen after he has run away from home multiple times, and after his stepfather andJenelle's, 32, husband,David Eason, was accused of physically abusing him.
The father and son reunion took place last week according to the publication: 'Andrew was brought into Jace's Child Protective Services case since he's his father and could potentially have a claim for custody,' an insider shared.
'Since he's involved in the case, he's been given access to Jace and has been having regular conversations with him over the past several months,' the source added.

Evans welcomed Jace in 2009 when she was just 17-years-old - she was filming 16 and Pregnant at the time and still in a relationship with his father, Lewis.
Andrew has now reportedly been regularly talking to Jace for the first time since he was born.
'Andrew has really gotten involved in Jace's life and has shown a vested interest in being part of his life moving forward,' the source revealed, adding that he has made effort to be involved in the outcome of the teen's custody.
However, he is reportedly not looking to gain custody of Jace himself.
It's currently unknown whether he wants the teen to go back to him mom, his grandmother Barbara who previously took care of him, or a new caretaker.
Last year Andrew pleaded with Jenelle and Barbara to allow him contact with Jace in an interview with the U.S. Sun.
Since then, CPS has taken custody of Jace after he ran away from home multiple times, and after he was allegedly assaulted by Jenelle's husband.
According to TMZ, the spouse of the Teen Mom star has been charged by one count of misdemeanor child abuse and one count of felony assault by strangulation.
It was reported that Eason, whose conduct was defended by his wife earlier this year, had been accused by Evans' son Jace of physical abuse this past October.
Jace had run away from home on several occasions before then, and he had been returned to his parents each time.

However, sources claimed that Jace alleged that Eason - whom Jenelle married in2017 - had assaulted him following his most recent attempt to run away from home.
The insiders went on to claim that Evans' son exhibited visible marks on his neck and arms, and the alleged assault was said to have taken place at an acquaintance's residence.
Both the local police department and CPS were said to have obtained Ring camera footage of the incident.
Following the alleged assault, Evans and Eason both became the subject of a investigation for suspected child neglect.
It was reported that the latter of the two had officially been charged with a misdemeanor related to his involvement in the incident in October.
Officials have since determined that a separate charge for alleged strangulation is applicable to the media figure's spouse.
Although Evans was also possibly set to be charged in connection with the case, she has not been given any charges as of yet.
According to TMZ, Jace was placed under the care of his maternal grandmother, Barbara, this past November.
However, the reality television personality's son ran away from Barbara's home when she took away his cell phone after he was caught while using a vape at school.

The media figure's son was missing from Barbara's residence for approximately a day and a half before he was recovered.
Jace was placed in a hospital following the incident, and there were also plans to have him placed into foster care.
Jace has primarily lived with Barbara until Jenelle regained custody of him last year.
He ran away for the first time in September after stepdad David was accused of injuring him.
The outlet's insider said that if Jace gets into more trouble he may end up in a juvenile detention facility.
The teen has been maintaining radio silence with his mother and his stepfather David Eason.
He has reportedly had no contact with the Teen Mom 2 star or her husband David since he was moved out of their home and was sent to live with Jenelle's mother Barbara again.
And the new arrangement seemed to have been benefiting the teenage boy, who had been happier than he has been in recent weeks, according to sources with direct knowledge who spoke to TMZ.

Although Jace was back living under Barbara's roof — where he has lived for much of his life — he was technically under the custody of Child Protective Services, which removed him from his mother and stepfather's home.
According to the same sources, Barbara — who has had a tempestuous relationship with Jenelle over the years — is also not in touch with her daughter or David.
Jenelle also shares an nine-year-old son named Kaiser with her ex-boyfriend Nathan Griffith and daughter Ensley, seven, with David.
David also has two children — Maryssa and Kaden — from previous relationships.
